I called the Dr's office today to see if results were in on Elena's purple-crayon-poo sample...drum roll please...negative. When the nurse said this the 1st thought that went thru my mind was, "Negative for purple crayons?" But of course she meant the results were negative for any abnormalities. Which is good news...it just means my kid has interestingly coloured poo-poo...you know, just to keep things interesting.
(not that I understand how I left a comment one hour BEFORE you published this post, lol)
ReplyDeleteGlad it came back negative.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad it was negative.
ReplyDeleteGlad your little one is healthy! My sister was worried once when my niece's poo was blue. She googled "blue poo" and was surprised to actually get a bunch of results back. It turned out it was just food colouring. I guess these are some of the bizarre things I have to look forward to?! :)
ReplyDeleteThis is so funny! Glad the purple poo means nothing! It's funny b/c Scarlett went through a phase where she had pieces that looked like black chocolate chunks in her poo - I asked them at daycare what she was eating that was black and they said nothing. It turns out she wasn't digesting the skin from her zucchini that I was making for her so I started peeling it. No more chocolate chunks.
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear it was nagative. Maybe she is eating beets in secrecy?? :)
ReplyDeleteGreat that the test was negative and there is nothing to worr about.
