ICLW December

Well, it's been a few months since I participated in ICLW...I use the excuses that I've been too busy/tired...yes, okay a little lazy...but since I have most of this coming week off work...& a brand new laptop...I'm geared up & ready to comment!!

I've only been blogging for a short time...but the benefits I have reaped from this amazing online community are priceless. I don't know that I would have gotten through the dark time of my miscarriage without the support & kind words from readers. Equally, the heart-felt congratulations & words of encouragement when I found out I was pregnant again have meant just as much to me...it's been as much a joyous time (like hearing the heartbeat for the 1st time) as it has been a time filled with worryfear & anxiety...

So thank you to all for stopping by & for all your comments, advice, encouragement & blog love!

  2. Happy ICLW!! Yay at new laptop, always excited about that:)

Had a couple of questions for you, that I've been meaning to ask for a while:
What dose of Vit D did you take?
How long did you take metformin after conception, and what dosage?

  8. So sorry for your loss. We had twins and lost one around the same time you lost your baby. We now have our baby boy at home with us, but I definitely worried a lot during the whole pregnancy, so I know how you feel.

Congratulations on your pregnancy. It is an exciting time and goes by fast, so cherish every moment!

  11. Congratulations on your pregnancy. I was nervous when I was pregnant and I have never suffered a miscarriage, so I can't imagine how you must have felt given your history.

Good luck with the rest of the pregnancy.

  15. Congratulations on your pregnancy! It is so difficult to handle pregnancy after loss, especially in the first months, but it does get easier, I promise. It's the best when you can feel the baby move, that's when things start being more fun than fearful, at least for me. In the meantime, my motto was, "everything's okay until I know otherwise". That helped me a lot (and I had to start taking Zo.loft I was so anxious). I hope it can help you.

    Happy ICLW!
